These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the cak4d platform. By registering an account or accessing any service offered at cak4d.bio, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use cak4d. Age and identity verification is required before withdrawals are approved.
All transactions on cak4d are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through approved Indonesian banks and e-wallets only.
All promotional bonuses offered by cak4d are subject to wagering requirements, minimum odds, and time limits as specified in the individual bonus terms at the time of claiming.
Each member may hold only one active cak4d account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited. Using another person's account is strictly prohibited.
Fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, money laundering, and use of automated betting tools are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with cak4d. By creating an account, you confirm and warrant that you are 21 or older. cak4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where a Member is found to be under 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any Real Money Balance will be returned to the payment source used for deposit, minus any winnings derived from gameplay conducted while underage.
2.2 Residency. The Services offered by cak4d are directed at adult residents of Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to open and maintain a cak4d account. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated, or who are subject to a court order restricting their ability to enter into financial agreements, are not eligible to register.
2.4 Self-Excluded Individuals. If you have voluntarily applied a self-exclusion restriction to your cak4d account, or if you have been excluded by cak4d for any reason, you are not eligible to open a new account. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
2.5 One Account Rule. Each individual person may hold only one active cak4d account. Duplicate accounts — whether opened intentionally or inadvertently — will be merged or closed at cak4d's discretion. Bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be forfeited in their entirety.
3.1 Registration Process. To access cak4d's Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration details to ensure they remain accurate and current at all times. cak4d is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Member.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. cak4d will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 Notification of Breach. If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised use of your cak4d account, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or email. cak4d will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account pending verification.
3.5 Account Ownership. A cak4d account is personal to the registered Member and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in immediate suspension of both accounts involved.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. cak4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. cak4d reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with or without advance notice.
4.2 Currency. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). cak4d does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any funds deposited via a non-IDR payment instrument will be rejected or returned.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 25.000. cak4d reserves the right to revise minimum deposit thresholds for specific payment methods. Current limits are displayed at the time of deposit.
4.4 Deposit Processing. Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallets are typically credited to your cak4d account balance in real time or within a few minutes. In exceptional cases — such as bank maintenance windows or national holidays — processing may take longer. cak4d is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
4.5 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to Members who have successfully completed KYC verification as described in Clause 8. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is complete will be placed on hold until verification is finalised.
4.6 Withdrawal Processing. cak4d aims to process withdrawal requests within 10 minutes of submission. Actual delivery times depend on the receiving bank or e-wallet provider. cak4d does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by the receiving financial institution.
4.7 Withdrawal Source Matching. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and comply with applicable financial regulations. Exceptions may be granted at cak4d's sole discretion following satisfactory KYC review.
4.8 Fees. cak4d does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees; cak4d has no control over third-party charges and is not responsible for them.
4.9 Dormant Account Balances. An account is considered dormant if it has not recorded any login, deposit, or withdrawal activity for a continuous period of 12 months. cak4d reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 to dormant account balances after written notice has been sent to the registered email address. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions made available through cak4d are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between this Clause and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times (30x) on eligible games before they may be withdrawn. Wagering on certain games — including but not limited to baccarat, Dragon Tiger, and roulette — may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all toward satisfying wagering requirements. The specific game contribution rates are set out in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 Minimum Odds for Sports Bonuses. Where a promotional offer relates to sports betting, qualifying wagers must be placed at minimum odds of 1.80 per selection unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Bets placed on voided, cashed-out, or draw-no-bet markets may not count toward wagering requirements.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used and wagering requirements that are not fulfilled within the time limit specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be removed from your account balance automatically. cak4d does not extend bonus expiry periods.
5.5 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each Member is entitled to claim each specific promotion once only, unless the promotion is explicitly designated as repeatable. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts or by any other means constitutes bonus abuse and is subject to the consequences described in Clause 7.
5.6 cak4d Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. cak4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled after you have already claimed a bonus, any accrued wagering progress will be assessed fairly, and Bonus Funds that cannot be completed may be forfeited.
6.1 Game Availability. cak4d offers a range of gaming products including live casino tables (live baccarat, Dragon Tiger, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), online slot titles, and a sportsbook covering football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Timnas Indonesia fixtures), badminton, basketball, e-sports, and other markets. 6.2 Betting Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. Limits are displayed within the game or market interface. cak4d reserves the right to alter betting limits at any time, including setting individual Member limits at its sole discretion.
6.3 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure during a game round or bet settlement, the affected round or bet may be declared void and stakes returned to the Member. cak4d's decision in such matters is final. No winnings generated as a result of a malfunction will be paid.
6.4 Disputed Results. All game results and bet settlements are final once confirmed by cak4d's system. Disputes relating to settled results must be raised within 30 days of settlement by contacting our support team. cak4d will review the dispute and communicate its decision within 10 business days.
6.5 Sportsbook Settlement. Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1, UEFA for Champions League). In cases where the official result is subject to an ongoing appeal or investigation, settlement may be delayed until a final result is confirmed. cak4d is not liable for changes in official results announced after initial settlement.
6.6 Provably Fair Games. Selected game titles on cak4d utilise provably fair technology, allowing Members to independently verify the fairness of game outcomes using publicly available verification tools. Details are accessible within the relevant game interface.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cak4d platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities where applicable:
8.1 Verification Requirement. cak4d is required to verify the identity, age, and source of funds of all Members before processing withdrawals. KYC verification may also be triggered by unusual account activity, large deposit volumes, or regulatory requirements.
8.2 Documents Required. To complete KYC, you will be asked to provide one or more of the following: a government-issued photo identity document (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk is the primary accepted document for Indonesian residents), proof of residential address (a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership (a screenshot or photo of your bank account details or e-wallet profile showing your full name).

9.2 Available Tools. 9.3 Self-Exclusion. If you wish to permanently exclude yourself from cak4d, contact our support team and request self-exclusion. Once applied, self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period. Any attempt to open a new account while self-excluded will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

10.1 Platform Availability. cak4d provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous platform availability, cak4d does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.
10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cak4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
10.3 Maximum Liability Cap. Where cak4d's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our total cumulative liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to cak4d in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Third-Party Services. cak4d integrates with third-party game providers, payment processors, and other service partners. cak4d is not liable for failures, errors, or losses caused by such third-party services that are beyond our reasonable control.
10.5 Your Responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. cak4d provides no legal advice and makes no representation as to the legality of online gambling in any specific location.
11.1 Ownership. All content on the cak4d platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, source code, trademarks, and service marks — is the property of cak4d or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 Limited Licence. cak4d grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any cak4d content.
11.3 Prohibited Use. You must not scrape, crawl, mirror, frame, or otherwise reproduce any portion of the Platform without express written consent from cak4d. Unauthorised use of cak4d's intellectual property may result in legal action.
12.1 Closure by Member. You may close your cak4d account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance to an approved payment method. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.
12.2 Closure by cak4d. cak4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent or suspicious activity, failure to complete KYC within a required timeframe, legal or regulatory obligations, or commercial decisions.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure — whether initiated by the Member or by cak4d — all pending bonuses and wagering progress are cancelled. Real Money Balances not associated with any prohibited activity will be returned to the Member via the original deposit payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
13.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to cak4d's international licensing jurisdiction. Where Indonesian consumer protection law provides rights that cannot be contractually waived, those rights remain unaffected.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. cak4d's support team should be the initial point of contact for any dispute. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.
13.3 Language. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between this English version and any translation, the English version prevails.
14.1 Right to Amend. cak4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email to the address on file and/or via a notice displayed on the Platform at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect.
14.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
14.3 Version History. The current version of these Terms & Conditions is always accessible at cak4d.bio/terms-conditions. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this page.
